The client presents us his vision on the project, needs, preferences, budget and expectations.

We build a Statement of Work draft. This is the main document on which the project will be based. The document will contain preliminary estimates for the timeline and budget. The terms and content of the document are then negociated with the client.

We sign the contract and start working on the project. We deliver the layout, and then adjust it as the client requires.

Web-site development starts now. The client will receive periodical reports of our progress. He can also check the status of the project remotely. The client can communicate directly with the Project Leader.

We deliver the final verison of the project and the client can test it directly on his server. The Client Acceptance period depends on the size of the project.

The project is launched. The client can take advantage of the life-time warranty whenever he finds a bug.
