HOW WE WORK

We designed these steps to improve our relationship with the clients and to help you understand the actual process of designing and developing of a web-site.

Our methodology is the result of years of experience and hard work and we continue to improve it

STEP I

The client presents us his vision about the project, needs, preferences, budget and expectations.

STEP II

We build a Statement of Work draft. This is the main document on which the project will be based. The document will contain preliminary estimates for the timeline and budget. The terms and content of the document are then negociated with the client.

STEP III

We sign the contract and start working on the project. We deliver the first layout, which the client can reject and ask for another one. The client then chooses from one of them. We also build the logo (three verisons) if required.

STEP IV

Web-site development starts now. The client will receive periodical reports of our progress and can check the status of the project remotely. The client can communicate directly with the Project Leader.

STEP V

We deliver the final verison of the project and the client can test it for bugs and issues before uploading it. The Client Acceptance period depends on the size of the project.

STEP VI

The project is uploaded to the client's server and the project is declared finished. The client received a copy of the web-site, full rights for all it's content, a Web-site Technical Specs document and the User Guide.
